Craftcast.com Classes available online
My very first class on CraftCast.com using the Silhouette Cameo to cut raw polymer clay to create delicate flowers for a spectacular necklace.
Learn to Make Polymer Clay Faux Ivory, Jade, Lapis, Turquoise and More
I love making polymer clay replicas of ivory and semi-precious stones. This class teaches my techniques and introduces using the Silhouette Curio to engrave and cut polymer clay to create this box.
Creating Polymer Jewelry from your Colored Artwork
Creating Polymer Jewelry from your Colored ArtworkI really got into “Adult Coloring Books” for awhile. It was the perfect thing to do sitting in front of the TV at night. I could work out color stories and other inspiration for my polymer clay work. But I created two huge notebooks of colored pages. So I decided to transfer the images to jewelry pieces. And the class was born.
The Big 3D Polymer Necklace
I call this my Wilma Flintstone necklace. Big, bold, and incredibly lightweight because the beads are hollow. I use the Silhouette Model Maker software to create cardstock forms over which I bake the clay. Shapes can be scaled to fit normal necklace sizes, ornaments, boxes, and more.
Quilting Canes with Polymer Clay and Silhouette Software
I have love making quilt canes. I use the Silhouette Studio Software to design the canes and then extrude the components to build the cane. Every slice is a duplicate of the one before. This class teaches how to do that. It includes several readymade cane designs and some great bonuses.
